~I Found Facebook~

My kids are on Facebook. In January, when my kid was at Umpire School, I got on Facebook to keep in contact with him.

Well, when he got back, I forgot about it.

The other day, I was bored and logged back on ~ and to my surprise my cousin who lives in Phoenix had sent me a friend request.

Her kids sent me a friend request. Whooo hoooo

I found my cousin in Atlanta and sent her a friend request.

Now the cool part, I put my high school in a search box and I found an old boyfriend from high school. The funniest part ~ he's gay. What is with me and gay guys??????????? Am I a freakin Gay Magnet?????

I was perusing through the list of people from my high school and found the Class Hunk. He is now completely grey and his profile picture had him holding a fish. The class hunk is now the class schmuck.

Only ONE person from my high school looks the same and I don't know if it is an old picture or a current picture. She was one of those cute cheerleaders who thought she was all that and a bag of chips. In reality, she was a bag of cheese puffs.

So, I'm really, really loving this whole Facebook thing. It's nice to be able to talk to family and friends in real time that you haven't seen in forever.

3 of Chicago's finest were out-and-about yesterday at Chicago's Blue's Fest.

What a time we had!!!

In what was the most amazing weather day, we drove down in a very sexy convertible. There is no better way to start the day than having the wind whipping through your hair.

Food, drink and the most amazing Blues were the order of business for the day.

Nicely tanned and windblown, you can't pay for a day like we had.

The best Blues band was Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings.
This lady kicks ass and takes names.

~Topical Tuesday~

No matter how you feel about the United States, our President, etc., we should all be truly thankful for living in the United States.

Euna Lee and Laura Ling, sentenced to 12 years of hard labor for crossing the border into North Korea.

After watching numerous stories about this, it appears that these two woman INADVERTENTLY crossed the border into North Korea.

When I was in Washington, DC a few years ago, I got lost after going to see The White House. I lost my bearings and couldn't, for the life of me, find the street I needed to find.

After turning left and right and left and right, I ended up IN THE DRIVEWAY of The White House.

My bad!!!

Yes, there were Secret Service, and yes, they did ask me questions ~ But I WAS NOT taken into custody, I was NOT held. I was treated very well, pointed in the right direction and was actually allowed to take a picture of The White House.

It appears, by all of the news stories, that Euna Lee and Laura Ling mistakenly crossed the border. It appears that they meant no harm. Yet, North Korea, has sentenced them to 12 years.

For too many years, the Bush-Cheney Administration was incompetent in their approach to Iraq, Iran and North Korea.

It is my hope and prayer that we can bring these girls home.

~Manic Monday~

I had such a nice weekend.

I went to a class on The Law Of Attraction yesterday. I have read both The Law of Attraction and The Secret. Having it verbalized made so much more sense to me than just reading it.

Last week was kind of a slow week, so I spent a lot of time working on my phone sex site. It was way too much fun.

I'm now working on Chicago VIP. Yes, I will be bringing it back ~ however, the concept will be different.

Thanks to a very cool redhead on EB for saying yes and helping me out. You are truly amazing!!!!!!!!!

I have also had a couple of ideas relative to my Kelly Shannon site as well as A-Sensual-Touch. Nothing big is in the works, I just have an idea which I am hoping will work well..

After that, I will be working on a plethora of other projects which I have been wanting to do for YEARS.
